Cancellation Policy

At Eyvorax, we begin processing orders as quickly as possible. Because of this, order cancellation is available only under the conditions mentioned below.

1. Cancellation Before Processing

You may request cancellation of your order before the order has been processed or shipped.

Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and will depend on the status of your order.

2. Orders That Have Been Shipped

Once your order has been shipped or handed over to the delivery partner, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer want the product after it has been shipped, simply refusing delivery or requesting a return will not automatically qualify you for a refund. Our Return & Refund Policy will apply.

3. Cancellation by Eyvorax

Eyvorax reserves the right to cancel an order in certain circumstances, including:

Product is unavailable
Incorrect pricing or product information was displayed
Payment could not be verified
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
Incorrect or incomplete customer information
Delivery to the provided address is not possible
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-provider processing times.

4. Refund After Cancellation

If your cancellation request is approved before processing or shipment, any eligible refund will generally be initiated to the original payment method.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your bank account, card, or payment account may depend on your payment provider or bank.
